What can UpNorth Delivery transport?
Our proposed service scope covers appropriately sized, sealed, non-hazardous business packages, HVAC and automotive parts, documents, PPE, bandages, and similar supplies. Shipment dimensions and suitability are confirmed before booking.
Do you transport blood specimens or controlled medical products?
No. We do not offer specimen transportation, hazardous goods, medical waste, controlled pharmaceuticals, or temperature-controlled medical shipments as part of this service.
Can you arrange regular business delivery routes?
Yes, businesses can request recurring pickup and delivery schedules. Routes, frequency, service hours, and pricing are discussed individually.
How is a delivery price determined?
Pricing depends on pickup and destination locations, distance, urgency, package size, wait time, and whether the delivery is one-time or part of a recurring route. A price is confirmed before accepting the job.
